Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology required
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure
- CCC or CFY candidates both welcomed
- Schools-based SLP experience preferred, though strong clinical backgrounds will be considered
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to providing services in-person (onsite)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct therapy services to K-12 students with diverse needs
- Collaborate with fellow educators, parents, and support staff for cohesive intervention plans
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation and progress reporting
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insight
- Stay current with best practices in school-based speech-language services
