Speech and Language Pathologist - Collinsville, IL

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology required
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure
• CCC or CFY candidates both welcomed
• Schools-based SLP experience preferred, though strong clinical backgrounds will be considered
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Commitment to providing services in-person (onsite)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver direct therapy services to K-12 students with diverse needs
• Collaborate with fellow educators, parents, and support staff for cohesive intervention plans
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation and progress reporting
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insight
• Stay current with best practices in school-based speech-language services
