Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program
• Current state SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility
• School-based experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proficient in developing and implementing IEPs
• Familiarity with various speech, language, and communication disorders in a pediatric population

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students as referred through the special education process
• Develop tailored treatment plans and set goals in collaboration with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Deliver direct therapy services to students for speech, language, and communication needs
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and documentation
• Monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and maintain detailed records in accordance with district and state requirements
• Provide consultation and support to educators and families to foster student growth
