You’ll serve as an essential resource, assessing, diagnosing, and treating students with speech, language, and communication challenges. Create individualized plans, provide direct therapy, and participate in multidisciplinary teams dedicated to promoting educational growth for every learner.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current, active state licensure (or eligibility) in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Previous experience within a school setting highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of IEP processes, goal setting, and documentation.
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with students, families, teachers, and support staff.
  • Compassionate, creative, and dedicated to student success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for students with a range of communication needs.
  • Deliver individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with teachers and families to support classroom learning.
  • Maintain accurate therapy logs, documentation, and progress reports.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based approaches.
  • Provide resources and tools to educators for classroom communication support.
