Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Current and active SLP license, or eligibility for licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though strong Clinical Fellows with school-based experience are encouraged to apply
  • Prior experience in a school setting, or a demonstrated commitment to working with school-aged children
  • Strong collaboration, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with IEP development and implementation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students according to their IEP goals
  • Assess, diagnose, and document speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop and maintain strong communication with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expertise to support student outcomes
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in alignment with school and professional standards
