Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current and active SLP license, or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though strong Clinical Fellows with school-based experience are encouraged to apply
- Prior experience in a school setting, or a demonstrated commitment to working with school-aged children
- Strong collaboration, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students according to their IEP goals
- Assess, diagnose, and document speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and maintain strong communication with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expertise to support student outcomes
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in alignment with school and professional standards
