Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain appropriate licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status encouraged to apply
- Prior experience in a K-12 or school-based setting is highly valued
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to a diverse student population
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine student needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and appropriate treatment strategies
- Track student progress and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other service providers
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student goals and progress
- Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
