What You’ll Do:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary-aged children.
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in partnership with teachers, families, and school support staff.
• Deliver both direct therapy sessions and classroom-based interventions to best meet each student’s needs.
• Ensure documentation and progress reports are accurate and compliant with state and federal standards.
• Attend IEP meetings and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to holistically support students’ growth.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current Virginia SLP license or eligibility to obtain one prior to the start of the school year.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred.
• Experience working with elementary-aged children or in school-based settings is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, student-first mindset.
