Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences Disorders
  • Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Previous pediatric or school-based experience highly valued
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaborative skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
  • Develop and implement IEPs tailored to students’ individual speech and language needs
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services in group and individual settings
  • Maintain clear documentation and participate in IEP meetings as required
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Provide ongoing education and resources to support staff and families
