What we’re looking for:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license or eligibility in Colorado
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working with school-aged children (K-12) preferred
- Understanding of IEP processes and legal requirements
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, student-centered therapy
Primary responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for K-12 students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans and goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support professionals
- Document progress and maintain accurate student records
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Deliver direct and consultative services in a school-based setting
- Adapt interventions to meet the diverse needs of students
