School Speech Language Pathologist - Colorado Springs, Colorado

In this role, you'll play an integral part in helping students overcome communication challenges and reach their full potential. You'll join a collaborative team dedicated to fostering student success throughout the school year.

What we’re looking for:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license or eligibility in Colorado
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience working with school-aged children (K-12) preferred
• Understanding of IEP processes and legal requirements
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, student-centered therapy

Primary responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for K-12 students
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans and goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support professionals
• Document progress and maintain accurate student records
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Deliver direct and consultative services in a school-based setting
• Adapt interventions to meet the diverse needs of students
