Embark on a rewarding contract assignment supporting preschool-aged children as a Speech-Language Pathologist near Colorado Springs, CO. This engaging role spans the entirety of the academic year, from August 17, 2026, through May 28, 2027. You’ll work full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with a manageable caseload of 40-45 students focused on early intervention and communication support during formative years.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current SLP license or eligibility to obtain in Colorado.
  • Clinical Fellowship candidates considered if demonstrating above-average skills and readiness for a school setting.
  • Previous experience working with preschool children (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of child development, speech/language disorders, and intervention strategies.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration abilities.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide speech-language therapy to preschool students.
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to create supportive learning environments.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with education standards.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, offering insight on student speech and language needs.
