Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary-aged students with Autism Spectrum Disorder in a school setting near Colorado Springs, CO! Enjoy a consistent 20-hour workweek, spanning the school year from August 17, 2026, through May 28, 2027, with a manageable caseload averaging 20 students.

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy services to elementary students with ASD.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring.
  • Provide consultation and support to teachers and families, fostering inclusive communication strategies.
  • Maintain proactive communication with staff, families, and administrators.
  • Document session notes and progress reports in accordance with school guidelines.

Desired experience and qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Active state licensure (or eligibility) for Colorado.
  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience required; expertise with ASD strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and collaboration skills essential.
  • Clinical Fellowship applicants considered if they demonstrate advanced competence and readiness.
