Speech Language Pathologist in Colorado Springs, CO

Step into a rewarding full-time opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist, supporting preschool learners and collaborating closely with another SLP on campus. This contract position offers a consistent schedule of 37.5 hours each week, with your choice of hours: either 7:15 am - 3:15 pm or 7:45 am - 3:45 pm. You’ll play a pivotal role in providing vital speech and language support to a preschool caseload of 40 to 60 students.

Compensation for this position ranges from $45 to $65 per hour, ensuring that your dedication and expertise are recognized and valued.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current CCC-SLP or CFY with state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
• Previous experience in a school setting, especially with early childhood or preschool populations, preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

What You’ll Do:

• Assess, plan, and implement speech and language interventions for preschool children
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student goals
• Maintain timely and thorough documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
• Develop and conduct IEP meetings, progress reports, and consultations as needed
