Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
  • Active state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Prior experience in school-based and/or pediatric SLP roles highly preferred
  • Proficient in delivering teletherapy and adapting interventions for virtual delivery
  • Strong communication, documentation, and collaborative problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the educational team
  • Provide direct therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, both onsite and via teletherapy platforms
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, case conferences, and IEP planning/reviews
  • Maintain accurate, timely records in compliance with school and district standards
  • Support teachers, parents, and caregivers with resources and guidance for student success
