Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Prior experience in school-based and/or pediatric SLP roles highly preferred
- Proficient in delivering teletherapy and adapting interventions for virtual delivery
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaborative problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the educational team
- Provide direct therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, both onsite and via teletherapy platforms
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, case conferences, and IEP planning/reviews
- Maintain accurate, timely records in compliance with school and district standards
- Support teachers, parents, and caregivers with resources and guidance for student success
