Key Qualifications:

• Completion of a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Holds (or eligible for) Colorado SLP licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Prior experience in a school setting is preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Skilled in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Ability to provide both individual and group therapy for diverse student populations

Role Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and language disorders for students
• Develop, implement, and track progress on individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other educational specialists
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing insights and recommendations for student goals
• Maintain case documentation and progress notes in compliance with school and state requirements
• Provide education and resources to staff and parents, empowering them to support student growth
