Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Colorado Springs, Colorado

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Active or pending state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience in school-based, healthcare, or pediatric SLP settings valued; clinical fellows (CFY) considered
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and team collaboration skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech-language services, including both direct therapy and indirect support
• Evaluate students’ communication abilities through assessments and observations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices
• Take part in IEP meetings, working closely with educators, families, and support staff
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
• Contribute to the supportive and resource-rich environment of the center
