Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Colorado Springs, CO

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP in Colorado
• SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Experience in elementary school settings preferred; pediatric expertise required
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage a variety of speech and language needs within an educational framework

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students at one site
• Complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, and families
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulations
• Offer guidance and support to paraprofessional staff and colleagues
• Monitor student progress and communicate results to team members
