• Valid Colorado SLP license or eligibility
• Schools-based SLP experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work effectively with preschool-aged children

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to a preschool caseload of 40 to 60 students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Conduct assessments and contribute to IEP meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to support student growth
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state requirements
• Participate in professional development and ongoing learning opportunities

This position offers a consistent schedule of 37.5 hours per week, with hours from either 7:15 am - 3:15 pm or 7:45 am - 3:45 pm, providing work-life balance and structure.
