Take on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students in kindergarten through eighth grade as a Speech-Language Pathologist. This role offers the chance to make a positive impact working full-time with a varied caseload across elementary and middle school levels. The position is based near Colorado Springs, CO, with a schedule of 37.5 hours each week—Monday through Friday, 7:15 am to 3:15 pm. The start date is immediate, allowing you to begin making a difference right away.

Qualifications:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathologist certification
  • State licensure (required prior to start)
  • Experience working with elementary and/or middle school students
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, voice, language, and communication disorders
  • Commitment to supporting diverse student populations

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language services to K–8 grade students
  • Conduct evaluations, develop IEPs, and monitor progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students' needs in the school environment
  • Maintain accurate records and submit required reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy, both individually and in small groups as needed
