Certified Licensed School Speech Language Pathologist - Colorado Springs, CO

Exciting opportunity for a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to make a difference in the lives of elementary and middle school students near Colorado Springs, CO. This contract position begins as soon as possible and offers a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours each week, Monday to Friday from 7:15 am to 3:15 pm. You’ll work with a supportive educational team, serving a diverse K-8 caseload.

Qualifications:

• Current SLP certification and state licensure
• Experience supporting elementary and/or middle school students
• Comprehensive understanding of K-8 speech and language needs
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Passion for helping students reach their full potential
• Ability to adapt to various student needs and effectively manage a dynamic caseload

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate students with speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy services to students (K-8)
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student progress
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in accordance with school and district policies
• Contribute to student IEP meetings and goal-setting
• Participate in ongoing professional development
