This full-time position (37.5 hours per week, 7:15 am – 3:15 pm) offers immediate start and the chance to make a significant impact as you work with a diverse caseload of K–8 students.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current Speech-Language Pathologist certification and state licensure.
- Experience working with elementary and/or middle school populations.
- Strong collaboration skills for working with teachers, support staff, and families.
- Knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse student needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for K–8 students.
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services, both in individual and group settings.
- Consult regularly with classroom teachers and other school personnel to support student progress.
- Maintain detailed records of student performance and communicate regularly with parents/guardians.
- Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings to support student academic and social success.
- Foster an inclusive and supportive environment that encourages student engagement and confidence.
