In this role, you'll collaborate with educators and families to create positive outcomes for students needing speech and language support. Embrace a school-year schedule, beginning July 27, 2026, and concluding May 21, 2027. You’ll enjoy a consistent 37.5-hour workweek, with daily start and end times generally between 7:30 AM and 3:30 PM (subject to slight variation depending on individual school schedules).

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current certification and valid license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Experience in school settings, particularly with preschool and elementary-aged children
  • Strong understanding of child language and speech development
  • Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborative approach, working effectively with diverse teams
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and evaluate students’ speech and language abilities
  • Develop tailored intervention plans and provide direct therapy services
  • Maintain detailed progress documentation and prepare necessary reports
  • Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents/caregivers to support student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions
  • Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment
