Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Active Colorado SLP License and CDE
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFYs are encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience working in a school setting is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with K-8th grade student needs and IEP processes
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess and identify students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver direct therapy services—both one-on-one and in small groups
  • Maintain clear and timely documentation in alignment with school and state requirements
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and parent conferences
  • Contribute to a positive, supportive, and inclusive school climate

Compensation Details:

  • Weekly Paychecks
  • Health, Dental, Vision Insurance offered
  • 401k retirement plans available for qualifying assignments
  • Hourly Pay: $50-$58
