Soliant Health is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist for the upcoming school year to work in a school district in the Colorado Springs, CO area. The position involves standard SLP duties including meeting participation, multidisciplinary team collaboration, report writing, treatment, and testing. The SLP will be a part of a multi-tiered system of support to provide a comprehensive approach that strides to identify and treat the individual needs of all students. This is a fantastic opportunity for SLPs that are passionate about pediatrics and working in a supportive environment.

Job Description:

  • 26-27 School Year
  • Full time, district may be able to arrange part time
  • K-8th and preschool positions are available
  • Complete IEPs, assessments, treatment, and documentation for students with speech, voice, hearing and language impairments
  • Collaborate on an interdisciplinary team
  • Work Hours are typically either 7:15 AM - 3:15 PM or 7:45 AM - 3:45 PM, 37.5 hours per week

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Previous school or pediatric experience preferred but not required
  • Must have active or pending Colorado SLP license or the ability to apply for one
  • Active Special Services teaching license through the Colorado Department of Education (applicant will need to apply for credential if not already in process)

  • ASHA certification is a PLUS, but Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply

Compensation:

  • Guaranteed hours for direct and indirect services
  • Travel stipends available if qualifications are met
  • W2 hourly pay between $45-$60
