As a highly qualified Speech-Language Pathologist holding a Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC), you’ll work closely with approximately 50 students, delivering services that help them thrive in both academic and social settings.
This full-time, contract-to-hire position runs from July 31, 2026, through May 27, 2027, providing stability and continuity for you and your students. You’ll collaborate with a dedicated school team in a well-supported setting and make a significant impact each day.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain before the start date
- Prior experience in school settings preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and staff
Your Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders among school-aged children
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, aligned with IEP goals
- Maintain thorough documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to foster student growth and facilitate classroom success
- Consult with teachers, staff, and parents regarding students’ progress and strategies for support
- Participate in school meetings, professional development, and family conferences when needed
