Essential Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current or eligible for state licensure as an SLP
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligible Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) candidates welcome
  • Experience working within a school-based setting or demonstrated interest in serving K-12 students
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills for working with teachers, administrators, and families
  • Comfortable working on-site in a team-oriented school environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency needs
  • Deliver direct speech therapy services to a diverse K-12 caseload, ensuring measurable progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to student eligibility documentation, and provide progress updates
  • Consult with teachers and staff, offering strategies and resources to support language development
  • Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality and compliance with district and state regulations
