Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology license (state requirements must be met prior to the start)
  • CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) or eligibility for CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) welcomed
  • Prior experience in school settings is an advantage, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication abilities and adaptability across K-12 caseloads
  • Passion for supporting students’ educational and personal growth

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and deliver evidence-based therapy to support student speech and language goals
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to create inclusive, supportive learning environments
  • Document progress and maintain accurate, timely records in accordance with district and state guidelines
  • Offer direct, in-person support – this role requires on-site presence and does not offer virtual options
  • Participate in school meetings, professional development, and multi-disciplinary team discussions
