Key Qualifications:

• Current or pending licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (CCC or CFY)
• Eligibility to work in school settings and comfort working with diverse student populations, K-12
• Strong knowledge of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Ability to implement evidence-based therapy and develop individualized goals
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Eagerness to participate in IEP meetings and engage with families and educational staff

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to a varied K-12 caseload
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments for students
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain clear documentation and participate actively in student progress reviews
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote language and communication skills across learning environments
• Remain current with best practices in school-based speech-language pathology
