Key Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license in Indiana (or eligibility to obtain)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Experience with IEPs, evaluations, and direct therapy in schools preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to build trust and rapport with students, families, and staff
- Flexibility to adapt to diverse caseloads and school environments
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy, consultation, and support for students with speech and language needs
- Maintain detailed and accurate progress documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive student support
- Communicate effectively with families regarding student progress and goals
