As a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist, you will manage a caseload of approximately 22 students in a collaborative educational environment, where your passion and skills will be highly valued by both staff and families.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Maryland license and relevant certifications
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Previous experience with school-aged children is a plus
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for a range of speech, language, voice, and fluency concerns
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure consistency in supporting student goals
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with state and district policies
  • Participate in IEP meetings, staff conferences, and ongoing professional development
