Your background and skillset:
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Prior experience working with children or adolescents in a school-based or pediatric setting
- Strong knowledge of IEP processes and documentation
- Exceptional communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Comfort performing assessments, creating treatment plans, and working with diverse student populations

- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals in accordance with IEPs
- Deliver targeted therapy to students individually and in small groups

- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports as required by the school and special education guidelines
- Provide insights and recommendations during IEP meetings and participate in multidisciplinary teams
