Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active SLP license in South Carolina or eligibility
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidate considered
  • Experience in school-based, pediatric, or healthcare settings preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Dedication to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess students and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver speech and language therapy to elementary-aged children individually and in groups
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, and parents to support student needs
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports according to district guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
  • Stay current with best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology
