As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you’ll provide essential therapy services across two school settings—one elementary and one middle school—helping a diverse student caseload build communication skills and confidence. The assignment runs from August 4, 2026, through May 28, 2027, for 37.5 hours per week.
Your expertise will help shape students’ academic success and social-emotional development. Working closely with educators and families, your guidance will be a cornerstone in each child’s growth.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP state licensure or eligibility to obtain, Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Prior experience with pediatric populations or in school settings is highly valued
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to a caseload of approximately 45-50 students
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and integrate therapy into students’ educational plans
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support optimal student outcomes
- Track progress and document services in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Rotate between two campuses: one elementary and one middle school, adapting approaches to suit varying age groups
