Key Qualifications:

  • Valid and current ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP)
  • Active South Carolina Speech Language Pathologist license
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to various learning needs within an elementary school setting

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to elementary students
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
  • Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student communication goals
  • Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to interdisciplinary teams
