Step into an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) within a vibrant elementary school setting. Beginning August 2026 and continuing through May 2027, you’ll have the chance to support young learners in achieving communication milestones, while working a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week across five days.
In this role, you'll serve one elementary school, diving deep into a specialized caseload focused on the needs of children in the elementary age group. The school offers a supportive environment and values innovation and compassion in serving its students.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state license or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Experience in pediatric therapy and elementary school caseloads preferred
- Comfort with teletherapy platforms and in-person service delivery
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) supervision experience is a plus
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized therapy plans, and deliver direct interventions for elementary-aged students
- Collaborate closely with teachers, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and IEP documentation as required
- Consult with families to provide strategies and resources for carryover at home
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student-centered decision-making
- Utilize both traditional and teletherapy service models as needed
