You’ll work collaboratively within a supportive school setting, providing both assessment and intervention services. Your expertise will help foster meaningful progress for students with a variety of communication needs.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Previous experience in a school, pediatric, or educational setting (elementary school experience a plus)
- Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Provide direct therapy services for articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatic communication
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and timely reporting
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
