This full-time, onsite contract opportunity runs from August 5, 2026, through Thanksgiving break. You’ll be part of a collaborative educational environment, serving students near Columbus, IN, and working closely with school staff to support communication needs and implement IEP goals.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Current, active Indiana SLP license in good standing
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) mandatory; Clinical Fellows (CFs) and SLPAs are not eligible for this role
  • Previous experience in school-based settings is preferred
  • Strong ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Knowledge of best practices in delivering speech and language services to school-aged children

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy and intervention for students on the resource caseload
  • Evaluate, develop, and update IEP goals in partnership with school teams
  • Monitor student progress and maintain accurate, timely documentation
  • Offer consultative support to teachers and staff regarding students’ communication needs
  • Attend and participate in IEP meetings, providing professional input and recommendations
  • Remain compliant with all state, district, and professional regulations concerning service delivery

As the dedicated SLP for the resource caseload, you will focus on fostering student success in a supportive, well-structured environment. Dedicated SLPs manage self-contained caseloads separately, ensuring manageable responsibilities and targeted interventions.
