Qualifications:

  • Hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathologists
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome
  • Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings highly valued
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and adapt to varying student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Screen, assess, and diagnose communication disorders in school-aged children
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Offer resources, strategies, and support to educators and families
  • Participate in school-wide initiatives and promote a positive learning environment
