Qualifications:
- Hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathologists
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome
- Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings highly valued
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and adapt to varying student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Screen, assess, and diagnose communication disorders in school-aged children
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
- Offer resources, strategies, and support to educators and families
- Participate in school-wide initiatives and promote a positive learning environment
