Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current SLP – CCC credential
  • State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Experience providing SLP services in educational and/or pediatric settings
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy for K–8 students, ensuring all services meet their Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
  • Manage a caseload of 18 students, providing a total of 2,700 service minutes per quarter
  • Utilize a variety of techniques and evidence-based interventions to support students with diverse speech and language needs
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor student progress with regular data collection and documentation
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success
  • Maintain compliance with school and district policies as well as state and federal regulations
