This full-time position offers the chance to make a direct impact from August 20, 2026, through May 27, 2027. You’ll manage an average caseload weighted in the high 60s to low 70s, partnering with educators and families to support student growth and success.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Active SLP license in Ohio (or eligibility to obtain).
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required.
- Prior experience in both pediatric and school-based settings preferred.
- Confidence addressing a variety of communication disorders and developing IEPs.
- Collaborative and adaptable, with excellent communication and documentation skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for elementary students.
- Develop, monitor, and implement individualized IEP goals and therapy plans.
- Deliver direct therapy services, both in group and individual settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ academic and social growth.
- Maintain thorough, timely records and prepare progress reports.
- Participate in IEP meetings, RTI processes, and professional development as needed.
