In this travel SLP role, you'll manage a caseload of 38 students spanning kindergarten through 12th grade, supporting them with a total of 7,160 minutes per quarter. With a manageable schedule of up to 30 hours per week, you'll have the flexibility needed to both excel professionally and enjoy meaningful downtime to explore the local area.
Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Hold current or eligible Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Valid SLP licensure in Ohio, or ability to obtain quickly
- Experience with pediatric and school-based populations preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students needing speech and language support
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement IEPs
- Maintain clear documentation and comply with school and state regulations
- Offer intervention across grades K-12, adjusting strategies to meet diverse student needs
