Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Colusa, CA

Support a single school site near Colusa, CA, for a 160-170 day assignment, impacting a dedicated caseload of approximately 40-45 students ranging from transitional kindergarten through 5th grade. Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current California SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience delivering speech therapy services in a school setting preferred
• Strong understanding of elementary educational environments and IEP process
• Ability to develop and implement evidence-based therapy for a variety of speech and language needs
• Commitment to collaboration with teachers, families, and school staff
• Organizational skills to manage paperwork and adapt to changing schedules

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech-language assessments for students in grades TK-5
• Develop, implement, and document individualized treatment plans and goals
• Deliver therapy services one-on-one and in small group settings

• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, collaborating with educational teams
• Provide consultation and support to teachers and caregivers to generalize communication skills
