Step into a rewarding, full-time role where you’ll work as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting one elementary site with a manageable caseload of approximately 40-45 students in grades TK-5. Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current California SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), or eligibility
- Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload with students from TK through fifth grade
- Comfortable working independently and in collaboration with educators and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and screenings to identify students with speech/language needs
- Develop and implement IEPs and provide direct therapy services
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication goals
- Maintain documentation of progress and participate in IEP meetings
- Offer consultative support to staff and families, sharing strategies and resources
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment for student growth
