Step into a rewarding, full-time role where you’ll work as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting one elementary site with a manageable caseload of approximately 40-45 students in grades TK-5. This contract position offers you the chance to make a lasting difference in students’ lives over the course of a 160-170 day assignment located near Colusa, CA.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current California SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), or eligibility
  • Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload with students from TK through fifth grade
  • Comfortable working independently and in collaboration with educators and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and screenings to identify students with speech/language needs
  • Develop and implement IEPs and provide direct therapy services
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication goals
  • Maintain documentation of progress and participate in IEP meetings
  • Offer consultative support to staff and families, sharing strategies and resources
  • Foster a positive and inclusive environment for student growth
