Key Qualifications:

  • Valid state licensure and certificate of clinical competence (CCC-SLP) required
  • Proven experience in pediatric speech-language pathology, particularly within school or healthcare environments
  • Deep understanding of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders as they apply to school-aged children
  • Strong clinical and documentation skills in compliance with IEP goals and school-based requirements
  • Familiarity with teletherapy tools is welcome, but this position is onsite only

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive diagnostic, evaluative, and therapeutic services to students across a range of ages and needs
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans and IEPs
  • Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and families to enhance student success and address communication barriers
  • Maintain accurate records of progress, assessment, and intervention strategies
  • Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings and school-wide initiatives
