Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligibility for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Previous experience working with school-age children is highly valued
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to providing services onsite/in-person
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative SLP services to students in accordance with IEPs and student needs
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop engaging therapeutic activities tailored to each student’s goals
- Document evaluations, interventions, and progress reports accurately and promptly
- Participate actively in IEP team meetings and collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff
- Maintain an inclusive, supportive environment for all learners
