Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current or eligibility for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Previous experience working with school-age children is highly valued
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to providing services onsite/in-person

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative SLP services to students in accordance with IEPs and student needs
• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop engaging therapeutic activities tailored to each student’s goals
• Document evaluations, interventions, and progress reports accurately and promptly
• Participate actively in IEP team meetings and collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff
• Maintain an inclusive, supportive environment for all learners
