Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
  • Valid state licensure as an SLP (or ability to obtain prior to start)
  • Experience providing speech and language services in a school setting preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and provide direct intervention for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and track student progress toward their goals
  • Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ academic and social success
  • Conduct screenings and assessments as required
  • Maintain required documentation and submit timely progress reports
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and contribute to a positive, collaborative school community
