Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility)
  • Prior experience working in school settings is preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Passion for supporting students’ academic and social success

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students across grade levels
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address student needs
  • Provide direct therapy services, both individually and in group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ communication development
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide clear progress reports
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with district and regulatory requirements
  • Promote a positive, inclusive school environment for all learners
