Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility)
- Prior experience working in school settings is preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Passion for supporting students’ academic and social success
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students across grade levels
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address student needs
- Provide direct therapy services, both individually and in group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ communication development
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide clear progress reports
- Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with district and regulatory requirements
- Promote a positive, inclusive school environment for all learners
