Step into the 2026-2027 school year with an exciting contract opportunity as a Speech Language Pathologist supporting students across a vibrant K-12 district. This is a full-time position suited for dedicated professionals passionate about helping students build strong communication skills that set them up for lifelong success. Both experienced SLP-CCCs and strong, well-prepared new grads (CFYs) are encouraged to apply.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required
  • Valid and current SLP license in California (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates, or school-based SLP experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with students, families, and school staff
  • Genuine commitment to supporting diverse learners from Kindergarten through 12th grade
  • Excellent organizational and documentation abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized and group therapy to students with a range of speech and language needs, following IEP goals and school policies
  • Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to maximize student communication and learning outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records and track student progress
  • Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, offering your expertise and support
  • Support a welcoming, inclusive environment for all students in the district
