Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Current SLP-CCC credential
- Eligibility for state licensure as an SLP
- Experience with teletherapy platforms and hybrid service delivery preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, thorough, and adaptable to changing needs
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services (in-person and remotely) for a 3rd-grade student, expanding services as needed
- Consult with academic teams and families to support the student’s success
- Attend and document IEP meetings, ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements
- Develop and implement targeted treatment plans, track progress, and update goals as appropriate
- Offer professional recommendations and collaborate on interventions as part of a supportive education team
