What You Bring:

  • Current or pending California licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • SLP-CCC or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF)
  • Experience or a keen interest in providing services to K-12 students
  • Strong foundation in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Collaborative mindset and effective communication skills with students, staff, and families
  • Passion for supporting educational progress through targeted speech therapy

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Deliver direct therapy services to students with a variety of speech and language needs
  • Complete comprehensive assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and maintain detailed records
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure student success
  • Provide consultation and resources to staff and parents for speech, language, and communication development
  • Monitor student progress, adapt interventions, and participate actively in IEP meetings
