Certified Elementary Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Concord, NC

As a licensed SLP-CCC, you’ll be pivotal in guiding children through milestones and collaborating with a dedicated educational community.

Required Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP-CCC)
• Certification to work in schools
• Previous experience working with elementary-aged students
• Strong ability to design and implement individualized educational plans
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Commitment to supporting inclusive and positive school environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and execute effective therapy plans, both individual and group
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and report writing
• Consult and collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other support staff
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Offer guidance and resources to families to support students outside of school
