Required Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP-CCC)
- Certification to work in schools
- Previous experience working with elementary-aged students
- Strong ability to design and implement individualized educational plans
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to supporting inclusive and positive school environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and execute effective therapy plans, both individual and group
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and report writing
- Consult and collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other support staff
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Offer guidance and resources to families to support students outside of school
