A contracted Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for a full school year (CSY) assignment at an early childhood school located in Concord, NH. This role offers the opportunity to support young learners in their communication development within a dynamic educational setting.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other specialists to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Monitoring student progress and adjusting therapy plans as needed.
- Participating in meetings and maintaining detailed documentation and reports in compliance with school and regulatory standards.
Qualifications and experience desired:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist certification (SLP).
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred.
- Experience working with early childhood populations is highly valued.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to manage a caseload efficiently while maintaining high-quality therapeutic interventions.
