Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active state SLP license or eligibility
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience or interest in school-based and pediatric caseloads
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt therapy plans to suit individual student needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students, including group and individual sessions
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to identify communication disorders
- Develop and implement therapy goals as part of IEP teams
- Monitor student progress and maintain thorough records
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to maximize student achievement
- Participate in professional development and school-wide events
- Provide support in both remote and in-person modalities as needed
