Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Active state SLP license or eligibility
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
  • Experience or interest in school-based and pediatric caseloads
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to adapt therapy plans to suit individual student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students, including group and individual sessions
  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to identify communication disorders
  • Develop and implement therapy goals as part of IEP teams
  • Monitor student progress and maintain thorough records
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to maximize student achievement
  • Participate in professional development and school-wide events
  • Provide support in both remote and in-person modalities as needed
