Step into an impactful role supporting young learners as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) serving PreK and Kindergarten students. This on-site, contract opportunity covers the 2026-2027 academic year, guiding a caseload of approximately 50 children. Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required.
• Experience providing therapy to PreK or Kindergarten-aged children strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of IEP development, progress monitoring, and IDEA regulations in educational settings.
• Outstanding communication, documentation, and rapport-building skills with students and staff.
• Comfortable working on-site; virtual services are not considered for this assignment.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to efficiently manage a caseload of about 50 students.

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for communication disorders to PreK and K students.
• Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy services in both individual and small group formats.
• Monitor student progress and maintain clear, timely records for compliance and planning.
• Consult regularly with teachers and caregivers to support carryover and generalization of skills.
• Contribute to school-wide initiatives promoting communication and language development.
