Key Qualifications:

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is required.

  • Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for effective collaboration with students, teachers, and families.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess and identify speech, language, and communication disorders among students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to ensure comprehensive student support.
  • Conduct therapy sessions both individually and in groups, employing evidence-based techniques.
  • Maintain thorough records of student progress and regulatory compliance.
