Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active (or eligible) state licensure in Texas
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred; will consider strong Clinical Fellows (CFs)
- Passion for working with students in a school environment
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based speech and language therapy to students within assigned school(s)
- Collaborate with educators, families, and fellow therapists to support student success
- Document and report on student progress, preparing and contributing to IEPs as needed
- Communicate effectively across a multidisciplinary educational team
- Flexibility to serve primarily at one site, with potential for itinerant responsibilities
