Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure as an SLP, or eligibility to obtain
- Proven experience providing speech-language services in a pediatric or school environment
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and IDEA guidelines
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities
- Committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to K-12 students across two campuses
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and participate in IEP meetings
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and caregivers to support students’ progress
- Promote a positive, engaging learning environment that addresses diverse student needs
- Provide resources and education to families and school staff on speech-language development
