Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure as an SLP, or eligibility to obtain
• Proven experience providing speech-language services in a pediatric or school environment
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and IDEA guidelines
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities
• Committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to K-12 students across two campuses
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and participate in IEP meetings
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and caregivers to support students’ progress
• Promote a positive, engaging learning environment that addresses diverse student needs
• Provide resources and education to families and school staff on speech-language development
